Not at all — it's entirely optional. You get the keys to your site when it launches, and you're free to manage it yourself or come back to us for one-off changes at any time.

Swapping out text, updating prices, replacing a photo, adding a new menu item, changing opening hours — that kind of thing. Structural changes (adding new pages, redesigning a section) are quoted separately.

Yes, any time. There's no contract or minimum term — just let us know and we'll stop the billing at the end of your current month. Your site stays live regardless.

Additional changes beyond the two included are charged at £25 each. We'll always let you know before making any chargeable changes.

No — domain registration is separate and paid directly to the registrar (typically around £12/year for a .co.uk). If you're on the care plan, we manage the renewal for you. If not, we'll make sure you know when it's due.

With Squarespace or Wix, £13–£35/month buys you a platform to build your own site on — you still have to do everything yourself. With Webnook's care plan, you've already got a bespoke, professionally built site, and the £19/month means someone who knows your site inside out is looking after it for you. You're not paying to use a tool — you're paying for a person. Changes get made, your domain stays live, and you never have to log in to a page builder again.

We ask for a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due when the site is ready to go live. The care plan is billed monthly from the launch date.
